I'm just wondering why no one has asked what those goofy cartoon noises are in the background of the Peter Arnett interview on Iraqi TV. Here's my analysis: there is a cartoon voice, followed by that distinctive cartoon "KANG!", followed by additional cartoon voices. Why is no one talking about this? I must get to the bottom of it!
