I thought perhaps the courts were ordering the federal government to create a peace department. But I read the story, only to learn that the "lawmaker" in question is none other than Democratic presidential hopeful and resident loony, Dennis Kucinich. I don't even want to get into the silliness of this "peace department" suggestion. But this is typical of Yahoo! to present stories with these kinds of misleading headlines.

On second thought, read this. Did Yahoo! take this out of The Onion or is this their own parody?
