Chestnuts Roasting Under an Open PC

I'm sure someone, somewhere, is getting ready to sue over this. The big dilemma will be whether to hold the PC manufacturers or the employers responsible, or both.

While this isn't terrific news, Americans should note that the press seems to be slightly off in their conversion of Centigrade to Fahrenheit. 2.8 degrees Celsius as an absolute temperature does convert to 37 degrees Fahrenheit... but a difference of 2.8 Celsius equals 5.04 Fahrenheit degrees.

I'm not sure if the credited reporter (Claire Shoesmith in London -- cshoesmith@bloomberg.net) wrote all of the copy for this one, but if you consider that a "hot shower" runs in the neighborhood of 105-110 degrees, I'm fairly certain most guys would notice a scrotal temperature of 135 degrees regardless of scientific research.
