Sorry I didn't know you were coming up behind me due to my Ipod and lack of eyes in the back of my head. But maybe you shouldn't ride your bike on the sidewalk, holding a bag of groceries a towing your dog on a leash. That probably violates a few of the bicycle safety rules.
