Um, no
I've read in several places that Al-Zarqawi was "assassinated." He wasn't. The death of a self-proclaimed leader of a squad of murderous thugs does not get elevated to the level of "assassination." He just got a big bomb dropped on him.
It's like the Chris Rock bit: "Martin Luther King was assassinated. Bobby Kennedy was assassinated. Tupac just got shot!"
